Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by ECS Human Development to answer common privacy questions about this website. It is not a certification or an independent audit, and it should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit a form on Start Your Journey or Contact, we receive the name, email address, optional organization, and message you type.
How we use it
To reply to you and to discuss whether our programs are a fit. We do not sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Young people
Our work involves minors. Program participation is arranged with a parent, guardian, school, or organization. Please have a parent or guardian submit forms on behalf of an athlete under 18.
Cookies and analytics
This site is intentionally simple. If we add analytics or embedded scheduling tools in the future, we will update this page to name them before enabling them.
Retention and requests
You can ask us to correct or delete anything you've sent us. Email hello@ecshumandevelopment.com and we'll confirm when it's done.
